At the heart of our offering is a healthy farm kitchen, complimented through the use of fresh, local and seasonal products and ingredients from our finca and the surrounding farms. As with the rest of the finca, it’s immersed with the scents of orange blossom, rosemary and views of Mediterranean majesty. We run a kitchen that treats the products with the utmost respect…. it’s typical Ibiza home style cooking done right, for you, by us.
We have developed a number of packages for you and your guests to enjoy during your stay at Can Gall for your wedding. From your lunchtime arrival, to the first night through to the wedding banquet and subsequent days of lunches, parties and dinners. We can accommodate you and your partners hunger for fine food, locally sourced and lovingly cooked.
One the favourites is a family meal on the first night of your stay. Organic roasted farm chicken with rosemary & garlic, Organic potatoes from our land with olive oil & sea salt, Local sweet tomato & onion salad, Mixed leaf salad with seasonal ingredients with Aioli, olives & bread. Another favourite is our BBQ buffets. Fresh local meats and vegetable served family style surrounded by your loved ones is always a great way to being your stay with us. Alternatively you could go for our special Paella. Cooked Traditionally with meat, fish and shellfish, there is nothing more show stopping than treating your guests to the famous Can Gall paella.

During your stay at Can Gall, you’ll be able to enjoy a breakfast buffet every day, serving the freshest ingredients. There’s always a full offering of continental meats and cheeses, fruits, cereals, yoghurts, juices and breads. There’s always a hot offering, with eggs, cooked vegetables, meats and pastries to choose from too. If you’re lucky it might even be a pancake morning….
